The next-gen Audi A4 will launch in India in mid-September this year i.e 2016. New A4 will come powered with 30 TFSI petrol engine and the 35 TDI Diesel engine will launch later this financial year by Audi India. Next-Gen Audi A4 was seen in Auto Expo 2016 that was held in February. While comparing with the outgoing model of A4, the new A4 is 25mm longer, 12mm higher and 16mm wider in dimensions. New Audi A4 is based on MLB Evo platform which is shared with Audi Q7. Engine While looking on the engine trims of the Audi A4 we found that it will be available in two trims. One is A4 30 TFSI and other is A4 35 TDI. 1.4-litre turbocharged four-cylinder petrol engine gives the power of 150 PS and 250 Nm of torque and has the 6-speed manual transmission and 7-speed Stronic transmission is in consideration by Audi India.A4 35 TDI will come with the engine of 2.0-litre turbocharged four-cylinder diesel engine that will produce power of 190 PS and 400 Nm of torque and the transmission will be same as the 1.4-litre engine that is 6-speed manual or 7-speed Stronic transmission.
